Fundamentals of Studying Quality Assurance

1. General 

1.1 The name of the educational institution founded by OÜ A1koolitus is called a1koolitus.ee, which complies with the Adult Education Act, curriculum guidelines and standard of instruction, instructor guidelines (ETKA Andras) and business ethics, charters and rules.

1.2 The school organizes training aimed at continuing education.

1.3 Each teacher should be guided by value relationships, openness, honesty and willingness to help and communicate with clients.

 2. Conditions and procedure for ensuring the quality of the learning environment 

2.1 Training activities should be conducted in rented premises in accordance with the training objectives, which must correspond to health and basic safety requirements.

2.2 An individual training place should be provided for each student, which should include the following equipment: welding machine, gas bottle, grinder, welder mask, gloves, respirator, tools. Each training place is equipped with ventilation.

2.3 The audience has a large table and chairs, a blackboard and markers, visual teaching helpers.

2.4 Depending on the course and needs, it is possible to use the Internet during training.

2.5 Study groups vary in size depending on the type of training, but the goal is to provide an individual approach to each student throughout the course.

2.6 In order to receive feedback on the training, graduates fill out a questionnaire at the end of the course, which, in turn, will help us provide quality training.

 

3. Conditions and procedures for ensuring the quality of training programs 

3.1. Curricula are developed in accordance with the Adult Education Act, curriculum guidelines and educational standards.

3.2 The curriculum should include at least the following information:

3.2.1 name of the curriculum;

3.2.2 Group during the training program;

3.2.3 Levels of training;

3.2.4 Languages ​​of instruction;

3.2.5 Training time;

3.2.6 Registration of information for training;

3.2.7 Target group and conditions for starting training;

3.2.8 Distribution into groups;

3.2.9 Total studying volume;

3.2.10 Teaching methods;

3.2.11 Independent work;

3.2.12 Learning objective;

3.2.13 Learning outcomes;

3.2.14 Learning Content;

3.2.15 The description of the studying environment;

3.2.16 List of training materials;

3.2.17 Completion requirements, including assessment methods and assessment criteria;

3.2.18 Documents at the end of training;

3.2.19 Description of qualifications, training and work experience necessary to complete the training;

3.2.20 Brief description of the content;

3.2.21 Formation of the final result;

3.2.22 Date of approval of the curriculum.

 

4. Conditions and procedure for ensuring the quality of teacher training 

4.1 Teachers should have professional and / or pedagogical education or be active in this field and have experience in this field. More specific requirements arise from qualifications in training programs. In addition, coaches go as far as possible to develop themselves and to keep abreast of new practices and technologies. To ensure the best quality, we are also engaged in new developments.

 

5. Feedback collection for the increase in qualification 

5.1 The school invites participants to fill out feedback sheets after each training session and also provides opportunities to propose improvements. Feedback can be provided in writing on paper or in electronic form.

5.2 After receiving feedback sheets from students, the school management analyzes the learning outcomes, as well as the content of the feedback sheets and makes suggestions for improving the work of the lecturer.
