Fundamentals of training

1. General Provisions 

1.1 The name of the educational institution founded by OÜ A1koolitus is called a1koolitus.ee, which complies with the Adult Education Act, curriculum guidelines and standard of instruction, instructor guidelines (ETKA Andras) and business ethics, charters and rules.

1.2 The school organizes training aimed at continuing education.

1.3 Training should be carried out monthly in appropriate workshops and facilities suitable for training.

1.4 Training takes place throughout the year. Training is based on a class calendar. The volume of training is calculated in academic hours, where one academic hour is 45 minutes.

1.5 Training is mainly conducted in groups. In the case of individual instruction, instruction will be based on an individual curriculum in accordance with the needs of the student.

1.6 Language of instruction: Estonian, Russian and English.

1.7 The main language of the school is Estonian.

1.8 Training takes place in daytime and evening groups.

1.9 The main document of training is the curriculum, which defines at least:

1.9.1 Name of the curriculum;

1.9.2 Group during the training program;

1.9.3 Learning Levels;

1.9.4 languages ​​of instruction;

1.9.5 Training time;

1.9.6 Registration of information for training;

1.9.7 Target group and conditions for starting training;

1.9.8 Distribution into groups;

1.9.9 Total studying volume;

1.9.10 Teaching methods;

1.9.11 Independent work;

1.9.12 Learning Objective;

1.9.13 Learning outcomes;

1.9.14 Learning Content;

1.9.15 The description of the studying environment;

1.9.16 The list of training materials, if studying materials are provided for the curriculum;

1.9.17 Graduation requirements, including methods and Assessment criteria;

1.9.18 Documents to be issued;

1.9.19 Description of qualifications, training or work experience required to complete the training.

1.9.20 Brief description of the content;

1.9.21 Formation of the final result

1.10 Curriculum and curriculum changes are approved by the operator.

 

2. Collection and processing of personal data 

2.1 The school collects the following information about students: name, email address, phone number and personal identification code. A personal identification number is required for the certificate and, if necessary, for certification.

2.2 Personal data will be processed in accordance with § 6 IKS.

 

3. Registration for the training and training 

3.1 Registration for training

3.1.1 Training must be registered in advance. You can register by e-mail (info@a1koolitus.ee) or by phone (+372 5696 5440). The registered person will receive a registration confirmation to the email address.

3.1.2 The student has the right to receive additional information by e-mail (info@a1koolitus.ee) or by phone (+372 5696 5440).

3.2 Creating a study group

3.2.1 The training group is formed in accordance with the registration procedure for training.

3.2.2 To start training, a list of students and attendance lists is compiled.

3.2.3 The school has the right to cancel or postpone studies if the study group cannot complete the studies. Registered persons will be notified by telephone or email at least three days in advance. In case of cancellation due to the reasons of the organizers, tuition fees will be refunded.

 

4. Start and attendance in training 

4.1 Students who have been enrolled in a school and who have paid for tuition or received a confirmation letter from a company/institution may start the course.

4.2 Class attendance is confirmed by the first hour of the participant’s signature in the registration form and the signing of an agreement between the student and the school.

5. Completion of training and exclusion of procedures. 

5.1 A student will be enrolled in a school course upon personal request or upon request from a client company. After accepting a private school, a training agreement must be made between the school representative and the representative of the student or client company.

5.2 A student must be expelled from school upon application, non-payment of an invoice or breach of contract. Each case is considered separately.

5.3 The student completes his chosen course at school after passing the appropriate test, assessment or exam.

5.4 After successful completion of the final exam, assessment, the graduate will receive a school certificate.

5.5 In order to receive feedback on the training, graduates must fill out a questionnaire at the end of the course.

 

6. Basics and procedure for exempting and paying tuition and providing tuition fees 

6.1. The tuition fee is set by the school administrator no later than 15 days before the start of training.

6.2 The limits of tuition fees indicated in the curriculum are set separately for each course. Tuition is not charged during the course; in the case of promotional offers, the cost of training can be reduced.

6.3 The number of students enrolled in courses can be taken into account when the administration makes this decision.

6.4 Tuition fees will be charged before the start of training. The invoice will be emailed. The invoice must be paid by the deadline indicated on the invoice.

6.5 If the payment term has expired by 10 days and / or despite our reminders, the outstanding invoice will be transferred to the collection company for further processing.

6.6 Training can be carried out by installments subject to a separate agreement with the payer.

 

7. Leaving and refunding tuition fees 

7.1 If enrolled on the course cannot attend, the school must be notified by email (info@a1koolitus.ee)

7.2 If a notification was sent 7 days before the start of the training, 100% of the cost of training will be refunded.

7.3 75% of the cost of training will be refunded after notification of termination of studies 2-6 days before the start of training.

7.4 Tuition fees are not refundable if notification is sent less than 48 hours before the start of training.

7.5 If the student has paid at least 10% of the prepayment bill and subsequently refused to study for a reason not related to the school, the prepayment will not be refunded.

7.6 Tuition fees may be transferred to another training course.

 

 

8. Termination of training 

8.1 Tuition fees are not refundable upon completion of studies. If there is a good reason for the break (health, expatriation, or other), the student can join the next group.

 

9. Rights and obligations of the student 

9.1 The student has the right:

9.1.1 Take training in the curriculum, in accordance with the chosen course, in the prescribed amount, at the place after paying for the training.

9.1.2 Get information about the organization of training and the curriculum;

9.1.3 Claim reimbursement of tuition fees for courses;

9.1.4 Voluntarily leave before the end of the training period, in which case tuition fees are not refundable.

9.1.5 To obtain a certificate of completion, assessment or an exam at the end of the course (subject to completion).

9.2 The student is required to:

9.2.1 Act in case of emergency (fire, a water accident, explosion hazard, etc.) in accordance with the rules and instructions of the school staff;

9.2.2 It is reasonable to support the textbooks and property of the School;

9.2.3 Act in accordance with generally accepted rules;

9.2.4 Pay the tuition invoice amount in accordance with the payment date indicated on the invoice;

9.2.5 The relationship between the student and the school is governed by the relevant agreement.

 

10. Qualification requirements for teachers 

10.1 Teachers should have higher professional and pedagogical experience or be active in the field of teaching and have an experience that they can easily demonstrate.

 

11. Dispute Resolution Procedure

11.1 Disagreements and disputes between the school and the student/teacher should be resolved through negotiations between the parties.

11.2 If any disagreement cannot be resolved through negotiations, the dispute shall be resolved in Harju County Court.
